Via the Politico, here's House Republican Leader John Boehner's opening statement at his party's retreat in West Virginia.  It's pretty good stuff - Mr. Boehner obviously understands that bold change is necessary -- let's just hope the remaining aficionados of pork-barrel politics in the rank-and-file finally get it, too...
