The American Legislative Exchange Council has come out with the fourth edition of Rich States, Poor States: ALEC-Laffer State Economic Competitiveness Index, offering a clear roadmap to prosperity. According to PEW, Arkansas has $2,752,546,000 in unfunded pension liabilities, while an AEI study shows the state as having $20,026,314,000. The study also shows how the capital gains tax elimination was defeated by the DFA (page 8).

Check out the study here.
