Itinerary:


Thursday August 26, 2010. We will pick up at 7am (Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior for easier boarding) Orlando Fashion Square Mall, 3441 East Colonial Drive Orlando, FL 32803-5113 (parking is on property, on the NE side of the Mall, near Dillard's (please enter parking using Herndon Ave or McCullough Ave. ) You will see a parking lot lined by trees. The bus will load from there. Waivers for parked cars can be downloaded here. (insert link). Please sign and bring with you the day of departure. We will also have some extras with us, upon boarding.

(Trip is 14hrs and 34mins. We add 2 to 3 hrs for stops and gas and any mishaps.)

Saturday August 28, 2010 Checkout and board bus to Glenn Beck event 8am.Lincoln Memorial,900 Ohio Drive Southwest,Washington, DC 20242-0002 15 minute ride.


Food on your own.


Saturday August 28, 2010 We depart the event at 5pm (Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior for easier boarding) and head back to Orlando Fashion Square Mall, 3441 East Colonial Drive Orlando, FL 32803-5113


Sunday August 29, 2010 We arrive at 8am to 10am depending. We add 2 to 3 hrs for stops and gas and any mishaps.

Recommendations


Bring blankets, sheets and pillows to make yourself as comfortable as possible as we will be sleeping on the bus, on the way back. Lights out at midnight.


Also bring snacks, coolers, water, beverages, needed medication, comfortable clothing and shoes.


There is an overhead compartment on the bus for storage and a compartment below for additional storage.
