10:00 am – Buses depart from Superstition Springs Mall, near Dillard’s. (NW corner of US 60 and Power Road in Mesa. There is plenty of parking.)

11:00 am – Buses depart from Paradise Valley Mall, near JC Penney. (PV Mall is on the NW corner of Cactus and Tatum, one mile west of Route 51. There is plenty of parking.)

12:00 pm – Buses depart from Sun City SunDome/Maricopa County Events Center. (19403 R.H. Johnson Blvd., Sun City West, AZ 85375. From 60, go west on Bell Road to R.H. Johnson Blvd. Turn north on R.H. Johnson Blvd, follow the road about 3.5 miles. The SunDome/Maricopa County Events Center is located on the right. There is plenty of parking.)

2:15 pm – Possible pit stop in Kingman, AZ

5:00 pm – Buses arrive at The Venetian in Las Vegas for hotel check-in.

Saturday, July 24

12:00 pm – Hotel checkout. Store your luggage with the lobby concierge.

3:30 pm -- Board buses at The Venetian.

4:00 pm – Arrive Henderson, NV

4:00 - 5:00 pm – Activists canvass a key precinct for the November is Coming project (travelers may remain on board the bus and enjoy the air conditioning).

5:00 pm – Buses depart for Maricopa County.

10:00 pm – Buses arrive at SunDome/Maricopa County Events Center

11:00 pm – Buses arrive at Paradise Valley Mall, near JC Penney

Midnight – Buses arrive at Superstition Springs Mall

Notes on Double Occupancy Package -- $219 per person

Package includes: Conference registration, bus transportation, two nights (Thursday and Friday, July 22 and 23) in a luxurious shared room at The Venetian, dinner on Friday, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday.
