Townhall Meeting

With New York State and our nation facing record breaking deficits, a failing economy, and a rising unemployment rate, it is more important than ever for taxpayers like you and I to be alert and ready to act. Just eight short months away, New York, along with the rest of the country will have the opportunity to make their voices heard at the polls. Let’s make sure we’re ready.

On March 7th, the New York chapter of Americans for Prosperity will be holding a Town Hall in Depew to learn about how we can improve New York’s struggling economy. Bringing together speakers from the political and business areas, we plan to bring AFP members and the public together to address issues of health care reform, Medicaid waste, cap-and-trade and the NYS budget. We hope to engage our fellow citizens by helping them to understand these issues and better equip them to contact their legislators and take action in their own communities.
